CenoAI is seeking a skilled and experienced UI/UX Researcher to join the team and help design intuitive and engaging interfaces for their augmented reality gamified education software. The UI/UX Researcher will be responsible for conducting user research, developing design strategies, and creating wireframes and prototypes that align with the users' needs and expectations.
CenoAI is seeking a skilled and experienced UI/UX Researcher to join our team and help design intuitive and engaging interfaces for our augmented reality gamified education software. As a UI/UX Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting user research, developing design strategies, and creating wireframes and prototypes that align with our users' needs and expectations. You will also work closely with our software developers to ensure that the user interface and user experience are optimized for maximum effectiveness and usability.
Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, usability testing, and user surveys to identify user needs and preferences

Develop user personas, user scenarios, and user journeys that align with our target audience

Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for user interfaces that are intuitive and engaging

Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented correctly

Work with the product team to develop design strategies that align with our business goals and objectives

Participate in user interface design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into our software development process
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Human Factors, UX Design or a related field

Proven experience in UI/UX research and design, preferably in the education technology industry

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

Familiarity with user research techniques, including usability testing, surveys, and user interviews

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail

Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and effectively

Passion for technology and a desire to create exceptional user experiences
This is a part-time / freelance position, fully remote with the option of meeting in San Francisco on occasion.
